About Joe Fester

I grew up on a dairy farm in Missouri, just northwest of St. Louis. Getting up before sunrise to milk cows wasn't exactly glamorous, but it taught me the value of hard work, keeping your word, and not being afraid to get your boots dirty.

A few life detours later I ended up in Paola, KS. After spending 12 great years in Paola, my wife and I decided to trade Midwest winters for Arizona sunshine and moved to Sun Lakes (just South of Phoenix) in May 2025. (I haven't missed shoveling snow for even one minute!)

During my 10 years in real estate in Paola, I've had the opportunity to help people buy and sell everything from homes and farms to vacant land and light commercial properties. I enjoy solving problems, pricing properties accurately, and helping people navigate what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process.

I'm still licensed with Crown Realty in Kansas and Missouri, and I'm now licensed in Arizona with Realty ONE Group. That means if you know someone moving from Kansas or Missouri to the Phoenix area—or someone heading back to the Kansas City area—I can help make the transition a little easier. If I can't personally assist them, I'll make sure they're connected with a great agent I trust.
