1. The time of year does make a difference when selling a home.
a. Spring and summer are best. The down side is Buyers have more choices of available homes to choose from. Fall and winter are still good times to sell. There is usually less competition on inventory and Buyers looking during that time are generally serious buyers. In today's market, any time is a good time.
