1.     Realtors cannot create buyers for the property.

a.      No amount of marketing or holding Open Houses will create buyers when there are none at that particular time looking for a home with the specific features and price range of the home you are selling. It could be days or weeks or before the home is sold.  Set realistic expectations and do not expect miracles.
